The future of the NHS is in your hands. The Conservative government is ramming through Parliament a hideous bill that will savage the NHS. The Health and Social Care Bill 2011 will create a healthcare market where the private sector will provide a far larger proportion of care than at the moment. This will not be an improvement. The private sector has higher rates of administration and cost more than the NHS and since the government is cutting the levels of funding for NHS care this will result in less care for patients.

This web site will give the evidence of the cuts that the government intends to make. You can make a difference. If you tell your representatives - you MP and your councillors - that you do not want this change to our cherished NHS, then the government will have to stop the Bill.
