CSUN NGSS Middle and High School Summer Institutes

CSUN Science Learning Collaboratory (CSLC) is teaming with TenStrands to help teachers learn about the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and the Environment Principles and Concepts (EP&C). We are offering a teacher institute in June for middle and high school science teachers.

Why should you attend?

  • If you are looking for ideas on how to modify your lessons to align with NGSS

  • If you are trying to figure out how to integrate topics for middle school or the high school 3-course model

  • If you would like to know how to organize lessons around anchoring phenomena

  • If you are looking for resources on lesson planning and preparing students for the CAST

  • If you need to support teachers on transitioning to NGSS
