Timeline Directions:

First, the timeline should have a mention of all important events. You just need to list them in chronological order.

Second, choose the 12-14 MAJOR events (one per person in your group) to focus on.

Finally, add details about those events. Bullet points are recommended; a short paragraph is also OK.

Interview:

Don't limit yourself to just these questions, but we want you to ask these questions at a minimum:

  • What movies, TV shows, songs, and commercials do you think really symbolizes and expresses the feeling of the decade of the _____ (decade you are presenting)?
  • What fashions and fads do you think MUST be in a presentation of the _________ (decade you are presenting)?
  • What symbols, products, items, etc. would help decorate the set of a presentation to really give the feeling of the ________?  (decade you are presenting)
  • What do you know about the 12-14 (one per person) major events that my group is presenting?
  • What do you see as the major difference between (decade you are presenting) and today?
  • What is one specific thing and/or feeling that you remember from that decade?
  • Anything else that’s really important about the decade?
