School Alliance for Continuous Improvement (SACI) is an association of school districts dedicated to promoting achievement of high learning standards through a systems-based, continuous improvement process organized around six quality indicators: Leadership, Instruction, Curriculum, Professional Development, Use of Data and Instructional Technology.

The core of the SACI process is a strategically aligned rubric used as a self-study tool. This rubric enables teachers and administrators to ensure that faculty are implementing core curricula and using student achievement data to guide their instructional decisions.

SACI services include conducting external reviews of district programs using the six-indicator protocol and training teachers and administrators in the process in order to nurture their district’s capacity to conduct their own self-studies.

SACI is also affiliated with the Middle States Association Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools (CSS) and is authorized to conduct accreditation activities on behalf of the MSA.
