Final Clue

State of the art
And new on the scene
Downtown living in a building so green
Join us on the roof to drink and be merry
Get a new lease on life that won’t be so scary.

Activity Stop #1

For when you feel like a movie.
Bowtie needed? No, too snooty.
One for each season,
the screens are the reason,
the “scene” is uniquely cosy.

Activity Stop #2

If you’re looking for a cuddle
And you don’t mind a mutt-le
[And if you don’t want to spay,
whatever stray comes your way]
Tramp on down to the beaver’s repose
For example, follow the Bassett’s nose.

Activity Stop #3

To be Ryan or Tony, you’ll want the gear
No need to rush, just come on down here

To grind or to ollie, that is the key question
Especially when school’s not your obsession

When counting your quarters, this is the 1
Just think of the pop shuv you could have spun

Channel your thinking and you’ll take the Crown
And hopefully, earn some artistic renown.

Activity Stop #4

It’s not Chicago nor New York
And you don’t eat it with a fork
Don’t clam up, find your voice
Line up for your favorite choice

Let’s be frank, my dear
It’s potato you fear,
No need to sally forth
Head east not north

Activity Stop #5

Residents do not now exist
Site of Burns’ sexy artic tryst
Now known as T. Latus
We liked its old status
Do you know how bedbugs subsist?

Bonus #1

Not really a Bishop. Oh not by profession
And no longer a doctor, that is his confession
Another passion was his to collect and to keep
He liked the kind that hop, chirp and cheep

No frock is need to create a sanctuary
So they can seek twig, worm and a good berry

A viary peaceful place- except for the noise
A Fox on the loose may slightly annoys
Or maybe an Artic Cat out on the prowl
Will harry and shatter your need to see fowl

Bonus #2

A Fountain around the corner
With potables made by foreigners
Once was a hotel
Now beers for clientele
A glass of gewurztraminer?

Bonus #3

Suggests a “sausagefest” of sort
Embedded in a bulk “food court”
Not Carson nor Cash
A quick bite in a dash
World class sandwiches, no passport.

Bonus#4

A Haven Fair
For widows of Civil War days
Now receive care
Rather than Pine-ing; in home or for longer stays.

Bonus #5

Pride in being an “old man” bar
Nothing fancy, has parked squad cars
One beer on the tap
Owners will take no crap
Find a “nickel,” you won’t be far

Though its better in bed.
Men greet when you enter,
Past the glasses sans-head.

You'll see our Fathers,
As a declaration they craft
To the left, at their backs,
Where papers are Drafted
Is the room for which this Clue was crafted.
