? what ?

Cluefest is New Haven's annual city-wide scavenger hunt. Cluefest is free and all are welcome. Teams can be formed in advance or during registration.

Teams race across New Haven in cars, on bikes, and on foot, answering clues to find the Secret Cluefest Party and prizes. The goal of Cluefest is to have fun while promoting New Haven as an exciting and thriving community. The event builds community, encourages civic engagement, and increases the number of people who know about the rich cultural and social opportunities in New Haven. By featuring New Haven's beauty, uniqueness, diversity and quality of life, Cluefest helps attract and retain talented young people in the city.

There are prizes for solving clues and getting the most points but the glory goes to the team with the most spirit. So get dressed up, be creative and show your New Haven spirit!

Cluefest is run by The Group With No Name (TGWNN – pronounced "tigg-win"), a group of city residents who volunteer their time because they love New Haven. TGWNN turns residents into citizens. Members engage in social, civic and educational activities that in turn increase their understanding of and commitment to city issues and city life.

? who ?

Run the course and travel together in teams of up to 6 people. Feel free to form your team ahead of time or come and find a group at Bru Cafe. Each group needs a car (or bikes), a driver and a small bit of spending money. All are welcome for the scavenger hunt. The Secret Cluefest party is 21 and over. Clues and activities will be conducted in English.
