New Friends of York County was formed to introduce women residents of the York, PA community to each other and to offer them an opportunity for companionship and friendship through social events and interest group activities. The group is non-profit, non-commercial, non-political and non-discriminatory.

Last Month's Recap

Members of the New Friends of York County survived a fun evening of UNO Attack! during their March monthly meeting. Many members had not played the game before but agreed it was worth the trip to Hoss's in East York on a very rainy night.

We will do that again, for sure.

Finally - it’s time to indulge in floral arranging! Members of the New Friends of York County group plan to do just that at their next monthly meeting on Thursday, April 18. A local florist, Kathy Monte, will provide vases and flowers for those who want to take home their own bouquet following the demonstration at Hoss’s Steak and Sea House, 3604 E Market St, York. The $10 cost of the take-home bouquet can be paid at the meeting.

ALSO, some members recently made their own lovely board signs at the Prancing Pig in York. Others are anticipating a day-long bus trip to New York City later this spring, in addition to other fun activities.
