To fight the gross injustice that we have been suffering for quite a long time first and foremost we have to be united. This is our struggle against the unfair treatment from office authorities as well as our association leaders.
It is not easy and there are no shortcuts to success.
It is going to take considerable amount of time and effort from all of us.
Even then we cannot assure you that we will get pay parity.
But we do assure you that our demands are rational and our stand legitimate.
And the more united and integrated we remain the more are our chances of success.
We have been deprived of our much deserved pay parity for quite a long time. Some of our comrades have completed 10 years of service. Even after such a long time we are not totally united on this one issue!
We appeal to our friends all over the country to rise above their limitations of regionalism, language barriers & other petty differences and join hands to fight against differential treatment by our authorities.
Do not misunderstand us. We are not against any association or any leader. We are only against discrimination and differential treatment that has been imposed on us.
