Unitarianism is a religion that seeks to encourage everyone to find their own spiritual path through life. It arose out of the liberal Christian tradition and still bears some of its characteristics. It is a progressive faith, however, and seeks for inspiration in other religions and philosophies. Unitarians today may call themselves Liberal Christians or they may prefer to think of themselves as Universalists, non-Christian Theists, or Religious Humanists. Some Unitarians are inspired by earth-centred spiritualities. Individual positions are respected and valued as we have no creeds and no doctrines on which we must all agree.

Calendar of Services
Worship
Regular services take place every Sunday at
11.00a.m. Occasionally there may be
special services, such as the Christmas Day service, anniversaries or meditation
services. See CALENDAR OF EVENTS for Pulpit Guests and Special Services.

Events
There many events that take place during the year. We hold social events, such as dances, coffee mornings, quizzes, games nights etc. All are detailed in our bi-monthly magazine “The Calendar”.
