*  Performances must be achieved between 1st January 2009 to 30th June 2010.
*  All performances must be achieved during competitions organized or sanctioned by the IAAF, its Area Associations and its National Federations.
*  Thus results achieved at club, university or school competitions must be certified by the National Federation of the country in which the competition was organized.
*  Wind assisted performances will not be accepted.
*  To be eligible for selection, athletes must participate in our 2010 National Junior Championships and/or the 2010 National Senior Championships, or must have received an exemption from the SKNAAA Executive Body. 
*  Qualified athletes must also demonstrate and maintain a level of fitness that will be required of them to participate at this level of competition.
*  Only two athletes per event are allowed to compete. 
*  Qualified athletes and officials must also posses a valid U.S Non-Immigrant Visa.
*  The SKNAAA Executive through its selection committee reserves the right to determine the final team size and participants; all of whom must sign the SKNAAA's Team Code of Conduct/Contract for final selection. 
* Performances must be achieved during an official competition organised in conformity with the rules and regulations of the IAAF. 
* Indoor performances for all events will be accepted.
* Age Restrictions: only athletes born in 1991, 1992, 1993 and 1994 are allowed to compete in these Championships.
* The maximum number of events that a youth athlete (born in 1993 or 1994 can compete in is two (2) individual event plus a relay. If the two individual events are track events only one of these two (2) individual races may be longer than the 200m.
