Course Coordinator: Responsible for framing course objectives, Outcomes, Mapping course objectives to 

programme outcomes.

Time Table officers: Designing timetable for the department and coordinating with various academic 

activities in compliance with the timetable.

Project Coordinator: Managing the Project activities of the department , successfully conducted 

Intercollege Project Competition.

MOU Coordinator: Responsible for interacting with MOU companies in organizing technical talks for 

students, Industrial visits, etc.

NBA Criteria 3 Head : Responsible for the computation of attainment computations. 

SDI Club Coordinator: Interacting with the students for the smooth conduct of club activities 

and guiding them in organizing.

Proctor: Guiding the students as per their grievances for achieving good academic performance, 

helping them get out of the problems related to academics.

IA Marks Incharge: Responsible for consolidating and updating marks for the university.

Calender of Events Incharge: Responsible for designing the calendar of events for the semester by considering the events to be conducted during the semester in line with the college calendar of events.

Workshop coordinator: Identifying the Resource persons for organizing the workshop with 

all the technical details required in successfully executing it.

Hackathon coordinator: Responsible as the main coordinator in creating and coordinating 

with various teams for conducting National Level  24 Hours Hacathon successfully 

Technical Seminar Coordinator: Responsible in preparing the schedules for the seminar and 

scrutining the topics for seminar conduction
