Camera-ready Paper Submission Guidelines

If your paper has been accepted to Netgcoop 2016, please submit the final version (camera-ready):

1. Login to the submission system ( and ensure that your name and affiliation are correct.

The information you provide will go into the conference program so please make appropriate changes as soon as possible.

2. Prepare the final version of your paper, taking into account the comments from the reviews. Please make sure you follow the Springer Proceedings formatting instructions ( ) to avoid possible delay in the processing of your paper. Regular papers are limited to 9 pages. Please do NOT make any changes to the format e.g. fonts, margins, spacing, etc. If you are using LaTex, please do not play LaTeX tricks.

3. You will need to submit both the final pdf version of your paper and a zipped file containing the source(s). The zipped file containing all the sources (LaTeX files with all the associated style files, special fonts and eps or bib files, or Word or rtf files) should be uploaded by easychair: click on the "access" link in the final version column. And then in "upload new version" submenu. The HARD deadline for camera-ready papers is October 10, 2016. We ask you to do upload it ASAP in order to get the procceddings on time.

4. Your manuscript has to be accompanied by a signed copyright form. One author may sign the copyrights formula on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper.
