The Board of Trustees shall consist of the Worshipful Master, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Treasurer and Secretary and their successors in these offices during their terms therein, so that this Board shall at all times be composed of five (5) members and the Worshipful Master shall be the Chairman thereof The purpose and function of this Board are to take title to any and all realty and personalty now owned or hereafter acquired by this Lodge and to hold the same in trust for the members of this Lodge. To sell, purchase, mortgage, erect, alter, repair and maintain such structures upon said realty as the members of this lodge from time to time may direct by two-thirds vote at a summoned communication except for routine alterations, repairs and maintenance not exceeding 25 percent of the General Fund Balance.
The signatures of the Chairman and at least two other trustees will be required to consummate any real estate, loan, or other contractual arrangement entered into at the direction of the members of the Lodge. All income from any source shall be deposited in the General Fund.

Audit (3+)

The Committee on Audit shall consist of not less than three ( 3 ) members appointed by the Worshipful Master immediately on his installation and shall serve until the next Annual Communication, if not sooner discharged by the Worshipful Master. On or before the last regular communication in November each year this Committee shall examine the books and vouchers reflecting all financial transactions of the Lodge, its officers, committees, commissions, trustees, holding associations and others disbursing Lodge funds. Such Auditing Committee shall report to the Lodge the result of its examination at the communication at which the annual election of officers is held. Provided, it shall not be necessary to appoint such Auditing Committee if this Lodge has said accounts annually audited by a Public Accountant.

The Committee on By-Laws shall consist of not less than four (4) members who shall be appointed by the Worshipful Master immediately on his installation and continue to serve until the next Annual Communication. This Committee shall review and make recommendations on any changes or amendments as they deem necessary for the good of the Lodge.
Relief and Charity (3+)

The Committee of Relief and Charity shall consist of not less than three (3) members appointed by the Worshipful Master immediately following his installation and shall serve until the next Annual Communication, if not sooner discharged by the Worshipful Master. All requests for Relief and Charity shall be brought to the attention of this Committee which shall promptly investigate the case and make such recommendation to the Lodge as the circumstances may warrant This Committee shall concern itself with those cases, where a distressed Worthy Brother, his Wife, Widow or Children, may stand in need of relief and for this purpose is authorized to expend the funds of this Lodge and to draw on the Treasurer thereof in a sum not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) when necessary to relieve the immediate distress of such person or persons. Should it be evident to the committee that a sum in excess of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) is required to bring relief then the committee may, upon approval by a majority of the membership of the Lodge present at any regular communication, expend such sum as may be authorized and approved by a said majority of the membership of the Lodge, present at any regular Communication.
The Committee for Relief and Charity shall also be responsible for all funds received into the Lodge Welfare Fund box and may expend any such sums from the said funds as the Committee may deem justified for the welfare and relief of a distressed Worthy Brother, his Wife, Widow or Children. All such expenditures shall be reported to the Lodge at the next Regular Communication together with a report of any further need that may exist in order that the members present may take such further action in the matter as to them may appear necessary.
In Addition, this committee shall maintain the Widows list and try to communicate with them as often as possible; including Holiday gifts and periodic Socials.

The Committee on Education shall consist of not less than five (5) members and the Junior Deacon shall be the Chairman thereof. This Committee shall be appointed by the Worshipful Master immediately upon his installation and continue to serve until the next Annual Communication. This Committee shall be responsible for the Lodge System of Masonic Education and The Library.

The Committee on Finance shall consist of not less than three (3) members who shall be appointed by the Worshipful Master immediately on his installation and continue to serve until the next Annual Communication. All matters pertaining to Finances may be referred to this committee for their advice and / or recommendations.
Sub-Committee on Budget [not required by By-Laws]
The Sub-Committee on Budget is not required by the By-Laws. It is suggested that it contain at least three (3) members appointed by the Worshipful Master. All matters pertaining to the preparation of an Annual Budget must be referred to this committee for their advice and / or recommendations.

The Committee on Investigation shall consist of not less than five (5) members and the Senior Deacon shall be the Chairman thereof This Committee shall be appointed by the Worshipful Master immediately following his installation and continue to serve until the next Annual Communication. The Special Committee on Awards shall consist of not less than 3 members and the Secretary shall be the Chairman. The Committee shall be responsible for Masonic and Civic Awards including the timely presentation of Aprons, Pins, Certificates and any Annual awards.

The Special Committee on Communications & Public Relations shall be responsible for inside and outside communications with Members, other Lodges and the Public. This requires an ongoing commitment to interface with other Lodges, create a Web presence, create and maintain a Social presence (using Facebook, Twitter and other tools), interface with the Media and guarantee that the Lodge puts its best foot forward with one voice to the profane world. In addition, this committee shall create and maintain a Member Directory with Profiles and Skills. Start sending B'day and Anniversary cards. Encourage as many "Open" meetings as possible. ALL Members using ONE VOICE

This Special Committee is a liaison Committee and shall consist of not less than 2 members. The Committee shall be responsible for awarding Red Wagons when the Lodge has enough funds to purchase one from Roger Leggett for donation to a local hospital.
