CHIP EVENT
SPONSORED by ACWORTH LODGE

Saturday Sept 8th, 2018
9:00 am - 1:30 pm

Acworth Sports Complex,

Kenworth Park and Horizon Field.

4000 South Main Street, Acworth 30101

From Wor Bro Bill Baird.......

Horizon Field is the Special Needs Ball field and is readily identifiable by the green /blue (teal) rubberized surface of the infield. We’ll set up next to the brick concession stand, right in front of the restrooms.

Random and crazy notes: The requested hours of the event are 10am to Noon….but…..

The first game starts at 9am and last game starts at 12:45. So….I plan to setup up at 8:30am and stay until 2PM. If things slow up after 1pm, we can wrap up and pack up, but if we are busy, I’d like to keep going until the last child has a kit completed.

Acworth Lodge has 1 pop-up tent. If you guys have a pop-up tent or two or three…could I ask you to bring?

Call or text me for questions and concerns.

Thank you for your help and support, it’s for the Kids!
Please attend and help if you can!
