Welcome - This site is under construction

If you knew Neil and have anything to contribute, including suggestions, stories, recollections, music in any format or media, video or photographs we would be glad to share it with the viewers of this site. This is not a commercial enterprise but simply a memorial maintained by his friends, so we do not need financial support, however we would be glad to suggest charities that Neil believed in where donations would be put to good use.
