I completed my Bachelors in Science with majors in Biochemistry from Mumbai University in 2005. 

Joined 3 Global Services in 2005 as a Customer Service Advisor in the Handset Upgrades Team.

  1. Received the nomination for the Best Quality Star for providing the best quality service to customers.

  2. Within eight months at 3 Global Services, I was promoted as a Senior Customer Service Advisor.

  3. Provided internal process and soft skills training to the employees of the Handset Upgrades Team.
  4. Represented the entire team at the Ask 3 project with the objective of imparting training online to employees.
 
Joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2007 as a Personal Financial Consultant.
  1. Provided solutions to customer queries from across all branches as a part of the Shared Services team.
  2. Advised customer on the purchase of financial services as per their needs.
 
While studying my bachelors, I worked at E-Funds International in October 2003 as a part-time Customer Service Representative. My work involved assisting customers to place orders of various telebrands over the phone and ensure timely shipping of orders.
 
My interests lie in teaching children, reading, playing table tennis, travelling and observing varied types of behaviour exhibited by people.
