About NEHA

Northwood Estates Homeowners Association, Inc. was established in December, 1979 to preserve the neighborhood and serve the needs of our residents.  In recent years we have installed neighborhood entry signs, developed a strong active Neighborhood Watch program, planted oak trees and other landscaping along our easements, organized clean-up days, enforced our deed restrictions, established Northwood Park, obtained better police communication, had our streets repaved, obtained speed limit and stop signs, provided an informative newsletter, presented guest speakers at our annual meeting, provided a strong voice for our residents with the City of Clearwater and worked in many other ways to improve our community.

In turn, the Association adds to the value of your new home.  As a result of these many efforts, we were selected by the City as the "Neighborhood of the Quarter" during the first year of the creation of this award.  We continue to do whatever is feasible to improve our neighborhood with our high goals.

Your Homeowners Association is run by a volunteer Board of Directors, elected annually by the members.  Our annual membership dues are voluntary and reasonably priced at just $40 a household currently.  These funds provide us with the resources for continuing our efforts in enhancing our neighborhood.  We invite you to join and be an active part of your new community.
