              Radames Suarez - Spanish Language Collections/Cultural Arts Librarian; Past President, REFORMA NE Chapter 

                

Established in 1977, the New Americans Program provides comprehensive programs and services to Queens’ most recent residents. This presentation will focus on how the program accomplishes its goal to help immigrants integrate into American society, while at the same time encouraging them to share their diverse cultures with the community-at-large. *CEUs will be awarded for attending this program.  Registration is free for Library students, N.C.L.A, and S.C.L.A members.  All other registrants pay $10.00 (Check or Money Order only, made payable to N.C.L.A).  If paying for registration, please print the program flyer (see link below), fill out the bottom portion, and return along with payment to:
