As students present their arguments as to which individual is most fit for the position, it becomes clear that the ideal candidate is not the one with the perfectly-crafted experience, but rather, the person with the most compelling, data-based argument that satisfies the criteria of the job.
- Resumes / cover letters: Students rate model resume / cover letters (in "bn" doc below) after creating a class-driven criteria-list, using the sources here, describing the form, content, and function of resumes and cover letters.
- Compose: Students work in pairs to draft their previous experience into language-appropriate sections of the resume
