PAC-TAC (Police and Citizens - Together Against Crine):The Sector 8 PAC-TAC community is the Old Rochester Police Department (RPD) Goodman Section and is roughly bordered by (West) Goodman Street North, (North) Norton Street, (East) City Line, and (South) CSX Railroad Tracks. It is now made up of 2 Patrol Service Areas: PSA 26 and PSA 29. You can view a map of PSA 26 or PSA 29 to see the streets included in each. It is also designated as NET Sector E and Neighbors-Building-Neighborhoods (NBN) Sector 8.
PCIC (Police and Citizens Interaction Committee)Eastside - Sector 8 - PSA 26 / 29:PURPOSEThe purpose of the Sector 8 Police and Citizens Interaction Committee (PCIC) is to gather once a month as a structured forum between Rochester Police Department (RPD), South East Neighborhood Service Center (NSC), and Organization/ Business stakeholders in a problem solving setting to identify, discuss and implement solutions to the Quality of Life concerns within designated PSA areas. HOME LOCATION:The South East Neighborhood Service Center (NSC) Office located at 846 South Clinton, Rochester, New York 14624 serves as the home for the Crime Prevention Officer (CPO) and Police and Citizens Together Against Crime (PAC-TAC) operations of Patrol Service Areas (PSA) 26/29. MONTHLY PCIC East Sector 8 MEETINGThe monthly meeting of the PCIC East Sector 8, PSA 26/29 is held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the new Mayor Thomas Ryan Center located at 530 Webster Avenue. The new facility is located on Webster Avenue near the intersection of Bay Street. There are guidelines in regards to being in the building by signing in at the front desk so please get to the meeting as close to 7 PM so the meeting can start at 7:15 pm promptly.
