John McCombs is a third generation Santa Cruz native with over 30 years of experience in the real estate business. As a licensed broker and past owner of a local real estate firm, he's handled a variety of real estate transactions beyond the average residential sale, from commercial sales and development, to 1031 exchanges. His wealth of knowledge, and vast experience in tough negotiating, provides his clients exceptional service and results.

In addition to his full time real estate profession, John is active in the surfing community, the Capitola Art and Wine Festival, Begonia Festival, Women on Waves Surf Contest, and the West Wind Surf Club Cabrillo Scholarship Fund. Four generations of the McCombs family now reside in Santa Cruz County.

"I’d appreciate the opportunity to assist you. I have the experience and knowledge you can trust, and the multi-faceted background to facilitate a successful and 'whole picture' type of transaction."

Natalie Pinkerton
was also born and raised in Santa Cruz County, and has maintained a steady interest in real estate throughout the years, alongside her studies at Cabrillo College and San Francisco State University. She graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Humanities, and started working with John in early 2014. Between her technological know-how, impressive writing skills, and dedication to genuine and transparent person-to-person interaction, she complements and supports John's method and approach to this business in many fundamental ways.

She became a licensed Realtor in February 2015, and continues to work exclusively with John as they further cultivate their unique and effective team.

"I have always been fascinated by, and now enjoy working amid, the mix of economics, social relations, communications, and the necessity for creativity that real estate demands. Each transaction offers a unique perspective and set of challenges that, between John's experience and my enthusiasm for learning, we successfully meet head-on with a truly dynamic approach!"
