The Nashville Vacation Rental Alliance is a group of owners and operators of vacation rental property in the Nashville & Middle Tennessee area.

The alliance was formed in 2013 in an effort to share information, organize hosts, and advocate for the vacation rental industry. The need for this alliance is much greater today than it was last year, and we ask that you join the group and use it to voice your concerns and questions about new laws, meanwhile learning from fellow hosts.

The Metropolitan Nashville City Council is currently considering legislation to regulate short term vacation rentals like those found on Airbnb and VRBO. Nashville is home to a thriving short term rental community, and we need to respond to this effort with a unified voice.

Please join us in this effort! There are no fees or obligations, simply click the button to apply and request membership. Include the number of rentals you own, and the location of those properties in the additional information box.

Working together, we can help the city council draft legislation that will allow us to continue to grow as a vibrant community of hosts. We play an important role in welcoming guests to Nashville, and this moment presents a chance for us to increase our visibility and our business. Let’s make the most of it!

Join the Google group here to become a member of the alliance!
