The 6th Grade Nighthawks were Bedford tournament runner-ups.

A tournament MVP award was named for each grade level--voted on by the coaches from each team and the referees. For the 4th Grade team Nevin Roy and Patrick Gillis were named tournament co-MVP's. DJ Frechette was named the tournament MVP for the 6th grade level. Chad Olivieri was named tournament MVP for the 7th grade division.

Preston Named Merrimack Valley Youth Basketball League Sportsmanship Player of the Year

For the second straight season, a Nashua Nighthawks player was awarded the Merrimack Valley Youth Basketball League Sportsmanship Player of the Year. This year, Tim Preston was awarded a plaque at Nashua Catholic on February 27th by League President Doug Wilson and Daniel Auger, last years recipient. Congratulations Tim!

Nashua Nighthawks Finish Season Strong
The Nashua Nighthawks successfully wrapped up another season today with all teams being eliminated. The 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade "Gold" teams lost in quarter final games. The 8th grade "White" team lost in the semi finals to a very strong Andover Club. Congratulations to every team on a GREAT season! A special thanks to all the volunteers who helped at Nashua Catholic and Rivier College with the tournaments, a great effort by everyone and not at all possible without you.
