Anne Solari, LMSW

About Me:

I have worked with youth for over 25 years. My approach is to be real and nonjudgmental. Much of my work has been in helping marginalized youth find their voice to become their authentic selves. While I provide therapy to people from all walks of life, I enjoy working with gay, lesbian, queer, trans, and nonbinary individuals. In therapy together, we will create an affirming space to understand what's going on for you, reflect on the factors contributing to your current needs, and explore ways to move forward. We all have the ability to be our best selves, sometimes we need support as we strive to discover what that looks like.

I bring to my practice 25 years in education and the last 10 years working with LGBTQ+ individuals. I am trained in EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed practice with dissociation. 

I see clients at the Ypsilanti location on Mondays and Chelsea location on Saturdays, as well as virtually other days.
