Welcome to Nanofabrication Research Laboratory

We'd like to make nanotechnology more accessible to speed up the innovation process and bring nanoscience into the world of technology. Our current research interests are focused on the development of nanofabrication processes to make high-performance semiconductor devices or other nanostructured material systems.

We provide the design of material architectures in nanoscale and offer intelligent fabrication strategies in efficient manners with comprehensive information.

We are developing widespread techniques from bottom-up assembly to top-down lithographic methods to hierarchically organize the various types of nanomaterials such as graphene, carbon nanotubes, nanowires, nanoparticles, polymers, and biomolecules into multiple length scales. By doing so, we add values to nanotechnology and engineering.

We seek to understand new phenomena, physical properties of isolated individual nanomaterial, and the collective behavior of the assembled nanostructures, which have attracted interest for future nanoelectronic applications such as thin film transistors, biomedical sensors, memory elements, and energy-related devices.

Through education and training, our laboratory prepares people for life in a changing nanoworld.
