I am an Associate Professor of Business Analytics and William S. McKiernan Family Faculty Fellow at Carroll School of Management, Boston College. My official web page is here.

My research interests span service operations management, consumer behavior, and health policy. Recently, my work has focused on developing innovative strategies to match health service supply with demand, with the goal of improving access, efficiency, equity, and quality.  Trained as both an operations researcher and a data scientist, I use stochastic modeling, optimization, and data science methodologies in my research. At Boston College, I teach undergraduate and MBA courses in operations management. I was a recipient of the 2023 Coughlin Distinguished Teaching Award from the Carroll School of Management.

Before joining the Carroll School of Management, I was on the faculty of Health Policy and Management Department at Columbia University, where I have taught in Full-time, Part-time, and Executive Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) programs.
