Truck Driver Agency services from MyTruckJob.com

We want to know what moves truck drivers.
Each one we meet.
One driver at a time.

Our Driver Agency services are offered on an invitation basis, and we want to know 3 simple things:

1.  Is a commercial driver open to making a change of employers today?

2.  What factors, in total, would cause that driver to welcome a new offer of employment?

3.  If that new offer of employment was delivered, would the driver commit to the change?

Our Agency Services aim to confidentially introduce solid commercial driver candidates to companies that have agreed to meet the requirements for each candidate, on a one to one basis.  There is no charge to drivers or carriers for this service, and, in trade, we expect a high degree of integrity from both sides in this set of conversations.

If you would like to participate with us, send me a note at stan@mytruckjob.com.

Candidate #1:

16 years experienced Houston area based Owner Operator, with a 2013 Tractor, and all the certs you could ask for with a stellar safety score, is looking to make a change of companies. As part of our MyTruckAgent.com program, we are making this information and contact opportunity available to you at no charge.

Some details:
His canine co-driver is a part of his deal. No dog? No deal. We will find companies who support us. This professional driver, and experienced businessman, is seeking drop and hook freight at 80% of gross, or better, on customer freight - not brokered loads. Regional or OTR (no California or Canada, as the truck is NOT compliant there). We would like to fit him with an aggressive discount plan for fuel, tires, and a shop program that helps with costs for this 1099, as well. Office staff for our selected carrier should be solidly English speaking, as we all know communication is key to successful trucking, and our Pro here, speaks English. Van, reefer, flat (a little shy on flatbed, but he’s a smart cookie) - he’s done it all with no incidents, and he’s done it for carriers you can reference when we find the right fit.

The “right fit” for our man here, is a carrier who says “yes” to all in the paragraph above, is not larger than 1000 power units presently, and is hauling customer freight with a good CSA score today. Message me with a positive response and I’ll hook you up and you guys can talk. It’s on you.
