coriander coconut chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh coconut
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
  • 2 marble sized tamarind
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 green chillies
  • salt to taste

Method

  1. Grind all the ingredients using little water to a fine paste.

  2. Serve with rice, dosa or sandwich filling.
