At NVIDIA, I work on deep learning applied to medical image analysis as part of Nvidia Medical Imaging platform. My paper "3D MRI brain tumor segmentation using autoencoder regularization" won 1st place at BraTS 2018 (brain tumor segmentation challenge). BraTS is one of the largest 3D segmentation challenges and is run as part of MICCAI conference.

We are looking for interns for our team at NVIDIA. If you are a PhD student with strong deep learning and computer vision background and is interested to apply it to medical image analysis (e.g 3D MRI, CT segmentation, categorization, registration, etc), then please apply here. We are located in Santa Clara, CA (NVIDIA headquarters), as well as in Bethesda, MD.  Usually internships are in summer, but we consider interns throughout the year as well.  PS: also feel free to email me your resume directly.

I received my Ph.D. from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), School of Medicine, Department of Science and Engineering (formerly OGI) in 2010 under supervision of Dr. Xubo Song. My Ph.D. thesis, "Non-rigid Image Registration: Regularization, Algorithms and Applications", can be found here.
