My name is Gilbert, and I just wanted to thank you for the recipe. I remember having dulce de coco when I was a teenager visiting my grandmother in Rio Grande. The other day I thought I would try to find the recipe. All the other ones had so many ingredients they didn't seem like what I remember. I just made some from your recipe and it tastes like what I had at the beach in Luquillo. It's nice to be able to find a site like yours. Thank You again
