Renew your Pine Hills Neighborhood Association and Security memberships today.  For a little less that $1/day you can help keep our community safe and strong.

As the year ends, we would like to thank you for being a member of the Pine Hills Neighborhood Association.  Your dedication to our neighborhood is what keeps us such a special community.  It has been a busy year for PHNA with the board working hard to bring value to your membership.  This was a major year for advocacy with on-going zoning and green space initiatives in Atlanta and Brookhaven.  With an increase in mail and package thefts and car break-ins, our membership asked that we expand our security program.

Dues have increased this year to keep up with increasing costs (e.g., printing, signs, web domain, insurance, etc.).  Based on community input, we also are expanding our security program to add surveillance cameras, new patrol/surveillance signs, neighborhood watch, and education and advocacy initiatives (e.g., Court Watch) to our neighborhood police patrol.  The increases will add costs to the security program as well. Off-duty police officers from Atlanta and Brookhaven will continue to patrol each day at times targeted to crime.
