The Pine Hills Neighborhood Association was formed in 1960 with the mission of keeping Pine Hills a vibrant community and an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. More than 50 years later, we remain a wonderful community with all of the challenges that come with city life. We have committees of volunteers who interact with city agencies regarding parks, code enforcement, zoning, traffic, public safety and a variety of other issues. We communicate issues of importance to the neighborhood via email and social media. The PHNA dues of $35 per year go towards the following:1) Fight zoning issues, provide input on changes impacting our neighborhood (surveys, legal and consulting fees);2) Annual Halloween party (in conjunction with ...
