  • Neighborhood Safety and Security PHNA has been working since January on a security camera plan to supplement surveillance provided by the license plate readers awaiting installation by the Atlanta Police Foundation and the City of Brookhaven.  PHNA cameras will enhance our neighborhood police patrol and safety education efforts.  Total camera costs vary widely based on estimates from different monitoring companies.  Watch for announcements for a neighborhood meeting where we will present and discuss the plan and its cost; we are aiming for early October.   • Dekalb County Sanitation The Dekalb County Sanitation Division is changing its recycling container options. Effective September 11, 2017, the DeKalb County Sanitation Division will no longer offer 18-gallon bins and 40-gallon bags as part of the residential single-stream recycling program. A new standard 35-gallon roll cart will replace the bins and bags.   • Lenox Road Transportation Plan All Buckhead community members are invited to attend a public information meeting about the Lenox Road Scoping Study project.
