The Pine Hills Neighborhood Association was formed in 1960 with the mission of keeping Pine Hills a vibrant community and an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. More than 50 years later, we remain a wonderful community with all of the challenges that come with city life. We have committees of volunteers who interact with city agencies regarding parks, code enforcement, zoning, traffic, public safety and a variety of other issues. We communicate issues of importance to the neighborhood via email and social media. The PHNA dues of $35 per year go towards the following:1) Fight zoning issues, provide input on changes impacting our neighborhood (surveys, legal and consulting fees);2) Annual Halloween party (in conjunction with ...

  • 2014 Annual PHNA Meeting Announcement The Pine Hills Neighborhood Association Board of Directors will be hosting our annual Neighborhood Board meeting on Wednesday November 12th.  Registration and sign up for the meeting is mandatory (for seating capacity purposes) using this simple registration link.   Doors open at 6:30 pm and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm.  The meeting will be held just outside the neighborhood at the Dorothy Fuqua Training Center Building (1961 North Druid Hills Rd, Atlanta, Georgia 30329 - more detailed directions below).   The focus of the meeting will be neighborhood security.  Please note, all initiatives to support the Pine Hills Neighborhood Association and Pine Hills Security are funded by a member / dues program.  We ...
