Cavite Racing Pigeon Association (CRPA) conducts 3 races per year.
First is the North Race, the club training can start as early as August
and the actual race usually starts from November and ends in December.
The farthest release point in the North race is Aparri which is about
480 km. The major obstacle in this race is the weather because this
race is held during the rainy season.
Second is the South Race, this is held during February to March
and the club training can start as soon as the North Race ends. The
farthest release point in the South race is Tacloban which is about 570 km. The major obstacle in this race is the bodies of water which the pigeons need to navigate through.
Last is the Summer race, this is held in April and the club training can start as soon as the South race ends. The farthest release point is Romblon which is about 150 km.
