Family Info Update

Jordan is finishing up his Master's in Family Therapy and Counselling at ORU in Tulsa.  Zack is still in Edmonton, still in the Canadian army, having served 2 deployments in Afghanistan. He was on the frontline, Special Recon force, saw 10 of his buddies killed. Heroes all!  Zack is  married to his sweetheart and  our daughter in love, Ripley! And they have our first grandchild, the most incredibly fantastic baby boy you will ever meet, PRESTON!!  :-)  Angela is still in Tulsa as well, busy in ministry and very much in love!     Proud of all of our children, including Chantelle and Destiny, still home with us, but the nest is slowly emptying...  :-(

Valerie and I are so grateful to be the spiritual leaders of a great church since  the last  Sunday in October, 2010. Valerie and I were chosen to be the new Senior Pastor at First Assembly of God, 1150 Belt Line Road, Collinsville, Illinois! (only 12 miles from downtown St. Louis) SEE YOU THERE NEXT SUNDAY!! Loving, beautiful people, just like our family back in Niagara Falls, we are so blessed to reestablish a pastoral and church base for our ministry!!

Please  be sure to let us know how to pray for you.

If you are an old, life-long  friend, we miss you, and just love hearing from you! If you are a new friend we have met through TV or ministering in your church, welcome to our loving family.

Here is a prayer that I have recently  begun praying daily.  It was written in Irish by St. Patrick sometime around the middle of the 5th century, but it still burns with a fiery passion today.  I pray it daily, early in the morning.

“Christ be with me, Christ within me,

Christ behind me, Christ before me,

Christ beside me, Christ to win me,

Christ to comfort and restore me,

Christ beneath me, Christ above me,

Christ in quiet, Christ in danger,

Christ in hearts of all who love me,

Christ in mouth of friend and stranger.

Keep in touch, we love you, God loves you and there’s just nothing you can do to change that love.

 Our love and prayers,

Myles, Valerie, Jordan, Zachary, Ripley, Preston, Angela, Chantelle & Destiny

PS  A very special word of thanks from Zack to all those who kept him upon their hearts in prayer last year as he was serving in Afghanistan. Out of Zack's own company of 28 Princess Pat's Canadian Light Infantry soldiers, 10 were killed, 3 from his 8-man section. Keep their families in prayer .
