The empty gene's sole purpose is to make the MyKaryote wait one step without doing anything different. Note that if this gene is turned off, it will still be skipped and the next "on" gene will be executed as usual instead. All arguments to this gene should be empty.

Obviously, this is MyKaryotes' least complicated gene.
