Pork Tenderloin w/Cavender's

1 package pork tenderloins

Mayo or olive oil for coating meat

Cavender's Greek Seasoning

Preheat oven to 500 degrees on broil.

To prepare meat, coat entire surface of tenderloin with either mayo or olive oil.  Then, generously sprinkle Cavender's Greek Seasoning over entire surface of meat. 

Transfer meat to a foil-lined grill pan sprayed with Pam.  Broil at 500 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until crust forms.  Turn oven down to 325 degrees and continue cooking for about 15 more minutes or until done.  

Allow meat to sit for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve with a couple of sides for a complete meal or use sliced tenderloin to make mini sandwiches using your favorite rolls.
