Lemon Supreme Pound Cake - - Cathedral Cuisine

Ingredients

For the cake:
  • 1 box Lemon Supreme cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (4-oz US) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding

For finishing:
  • 1/2 cup (4-oz US) sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

01. Preheat oven to 350ºF.

02. In a large bowl, mix well all Cake ingredients.

03. Lightly apply coating of nonstick cooking spray (e.g., Pam®) to inside of 12-cup capacity Bundt® pan.

04. Pour cake batter into the prepared Bundt® pan. Then, bake in preheated oven until done, about fifty to sixty (50 to 60) minutes.

05. When done, remove cake from oven; cool for fifteen (15) minutes before using a skewer to poke holes in the cake. 

06. Finish by evenly drizzling 4-oz sweetened condensed milk over cake; let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake.
