  • 1 (2-layer) pkg white cake mix
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 -1/2 cups milk (12-oz)
  • 8-oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (20-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 8-oz whipped topping, defrosted
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


01. Prepare and bake the cake using directions for 9- x 13-inch cake. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.

02. In a mixer bowl, beat the pudding mix, milk and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over the top of the cooled cake. 

03. Evenly spread the pineapple over the cream cheese mixture.

04. Frost cake with the whipped topping and sprinkle with the pecans.

05. Chill until serving time.

06. Refrigerate any leftovers.
