Liquid and Seasonings:

  • 6 deboned chicken breast halves
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 3 cups water

Pasta Base:

  • 1 (1-lb) pkg spaghetti
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 large can mushroom pieces

For Finishing:

  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Seasonings to taste


01. Boil chicken in wine and water until cooked.

02. Remove chicken; cut into bite-size pieces (while you cook the pasta).
03. Boil the spaghetti in the remaining liquid until the liquid cooks out.

04. Meanwhile, and in a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the onion and all of the remaining Pasta Base ingredients.

05. When the spaghetti liquid has cooked out, mix in the chicken, sautéed mixture and all of the Finishing ingredients.

06. Serve warm.
