Jalapeño Cheese Ball - - Pirate's Pantry

Servings:  4 to 6 stated; however, I think this is low estimate with 4-lbs cheese 


For the Cheese Ball:
  • 1-lb cream cheese, softened
  • 1-lb extra sharp Cheddar cheese, finely ground
  • 1-lb mild Cheddar cheese, finely ground
  • 1-lb mild pimiento cheese, finely ground
  • 1 (7-oz) can jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 12 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
For Coating/Garnish:
  • Paprika
  • Freshly-snipped parsley
For Serving:
  • Sesame crackers


01. In a large bowl, mix well the Cheese Ball ingredients. 

02. Cover and chill before shaping into balls.

03. Then, cover with paprika and roll the ball in the parsley. 

04. Chill until serving with sesame crackers.
