Glass:  Balloon wine glass *

Makes:  Six (06)


  • 1.5 cups fresh organic raspberries *
  • (2-oz. / 1/4 cup) framboise, a raspberry liqueur
  • 1 chilled (750-ml.) bottle Marqués de Cáceres Dry Rosé Wine, Rioja, 2014, Spain (label shown below) *
  • One half lime, juiced
  • One half lemon, juiced

  • Six (6) sprigs fresh thyme

For Serving
  • Ice
  • Topo Chico (sparkling) Mineral Water, chilled, to top off drinks *


01.  In a large pitcher, lightly muddle the raspberries.

02.  Add framboise, chilled wine and both citrus juices. Cover and chill until serving time. *

03.  To serve,  pour about 5-oz. over ice in each wineglass.  Top off with a splash of the Topo Chico

04.  Then, stir, and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme. 

05.  Serve immediately.
