Pitcher and Delmonico Glass, or Collins Glass or other tall glass

Makes:  4.5-Quarts
About 36 @ 4-oz punch cup servings or 24 @ 6-oz, or
About 18 @ 8-oz tall glass servings


  • 48-oz (6 cups) cranberry juice
  • 24-oz (3 cups) apple juice
  • 12-oz (1.5 cups) orange juice
  • 6-oz (3/4 cup) lemon juice
  • 2 (28-oz) bottles ginger ale or lemon-lime carbonated soda, well chilled

  • 2 oranges, washed and sliced
  • 1 lime, washed and sliced
  • 1 lemon, washed and sliced

For Serving


01. Mix together all fruit juices and refrigerate at least overnight for the flavors to blend. (Also, you want the mixture to become very cold.)

02. At serving time, pour juice mixture into punch bowl (or large stock pot, if using a pitcher to serve); stir.

03. Pour in carbonated beverage; lightly stir. If serving from punch bowl, add fruit slices and citrus ice ring. If serving from a pitcher, transfer to pitcher(s); cover and refrigerate any remaining amount. 

04. If serving from a pitcher, add ice cubes to each glass (fill about 2/3). Pour over sangria and garnish each with a fruit wheel.
