Bolo's White Peach Sangria (08-10)

Glass:  Balloon wine glass

Makes:  Eight to ten (8-10) servings


  • One (750-ml) bottle Pinot Grigio
  • 8.00-oz American brandy (1 cup)
  • 8.00-oz Simple Syrup (1 cup)
  • 4.00-oz freshly-squeezed orange juice (1/2 cup)
  • 6.00-oz white peach purée (here's an option) (3/4 cup) *
  • Four (4) ripe peaches, stoned and sliced
  • Three (3) Granny Smith Apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • Two (2) lemons, washed well and thinly sliced

For Serving
  • 1 cup ice cubes


01.  In a large* bowl or pitcher, combine all drink ingredients; stir well. 

02.  Cover and refrigerate for at least two (2) hours and up to two (2) days.

03.  At serving time, stir in the 1 cup ice cubes. Ladle some of the fruit into each glass.

04.  Pour over the White Peach Sangria and serve immediately.
