Chewy Chocolate Fudge Pops with Brownie Bites

4 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup whole milk

1 tbsp Dutch cocoa powder, sifted

1/2 - 1 cup brownies, crumbled

Place the chocolate chips into a medium size bowl and set to the side.

In a small saucepan, whisk the cream, milk, and cocoa powder until fully combined. Heat on low until just warm. Pour the warm liquid over the chocolate chips and stir with a whisk until melted. Pour into a measuring cup and let cool.

Place a few small pieces of brownie into each popsicle mold. Pour a little of the liquid over top, and repeat until you have filled the molds. Insert the popsicle sticks and then place the molds in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours.

To remove the popsicle from the mold, run it until water and jiggle free.

Can be kept in the freezer for a month.
