Makes 4 Servings of 5 Egg Rolls
Prep Time 30 Minutes
20 Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
20 pieces egg roll wrap
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon of chopped garlic
Marinate your shrimp for 30 minutes before wrapping them in the egg roll wrap (Spring Roll Pastry)

Shrimp Egg Rolls make a great addition to any dinner and also make great appetizers for parties and ball games.
Rolling the perfect egg roll is easy it just takes a little practice.

Fresh or frozen shrimp can be used. Which ever

Shrimp should be marinated for at least 30 minutes before rolling them in the spring roll pastry(Egg Roll Wrap) this allows the marinade to
soak into the shrimp.
Fry your egg rolls for 15 minutes on high heat or until egg rolls are golden brown.
Make sure not to over cook and burn the shrimp tail your shrimp will still taste great but will Ruin the visual elegance of the meal
