Chicken Marsala
1 LB skinless chicken breast cut in half and pounded thin
1/2 tablespoon of seasoned salt sprinkle both side of chicken breast
1/2 cup of purpose flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of chopped shallot
2 cups of sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup of Marsala cooking wine
1 (14.5 oz) chicken broth liquid
1/2 teaspoon mushroom seasoning
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
3 LB or 12 cups of cubed yellow potatoes
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt into boiling the potatoes
1/4 cup of unsalted butter
1/4 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of minced garlic roasted
1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
Place a whole garlic clove in with the boiling potatoes
