Pho Bo

Makes 24 servings

6 LBS beef bones

2 LBS oxtail

2 LBS brisket meat or banana beef shank

1 LB sirloin meat

8 quarts water

2 medium yellow onions

1 large ginger root

1 bag of herb seasoning mix

3 tablespoons of sea salt

1 tablespoon mushroom seasoning(secret ingredient)

3 tablespoons fish sauce

3 large pieces of rock sugar

Boil the beef bones, beef banana shank and oxtail for (10 minutes) then drain off the water. Rinse off the meat and bones thoroughly. This process will give you a clear but very flavorful broth.
