Flagship events you simply HAVE to know about and WANT to link up with

Every year leading organisations set out the big themes they're going to work around, to raise awareness of certain topics, encourage debate and change attitudes, to send a strong commitment and political signal .  To be in tune with what's going on it is of STRATEGIC importance you know of these because this is where the resources and the money and the time is going to be invested in.  These themes don't just pop up out of nowhere; they have been widely and intensively debated by all stakeholder in society s.a. federations of science, ngo's, etc. And it is a two way dialogue: if you believe you have a topic that is crucial and missing, this is a great place to build momentum around it.  So have fun & team up !
