Welcome to 2018 Mountain View Babe Ruth Baseball
Our Babe Ruth program strives to teach the basic skills of baseball along with mental and physical development and a respect for the rules of the game with an emphasis on basic ideals of sportsmanship and fair play.

Fundamentally, we believe that every youngster with a desire to learn and play baseball should be offered the opportunity.  Babe Ruth provides programs for players ages 12 through 19, supporting the growth and competitive needs of our baseball community along with the convenience of being right here in our own backyard.

2018 MVBR Fall Ball
MVBR Fall Ball is open to all 13 and 14-year-old players, as well as all graduating 12-year-olds from Little League and other organizations.

The MVBR Fall Ball program is intended to be an instructional league. No scores are kept, there is roster batting, and there are no standings.  This is a great opportunity for up-coming 12-year-old players to experience firsthand the 90-foot diamond and to help 13 and 14-year-olds to continue to prepare and sharpen their skills for their future participation on a high school team.

Practices will be held on Fridays from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at the Shoreline Athletic Complex starting on Friday, August 31st, 2018 or September 7, 2018.

Games will be on weekends beginning on September 15 or 16, 2018 and go through the end of October.  There will then be a mini-tournament during the first two weeks of November to conclude the season.

The Babe Ruth Leagues participating will be Mountain View, Palo Alto and Bel-Mateo.

The cost of 2018 MVBR Fall Ball will be $175.00, and a $25.00 credit will be applied toward the upcoming 2019 MVBR Spring season.

Volunteers Are Always Needed . . . and Appreciated!!
This is a volunteer driven organization. We need parents to volunteer for snack shack duties and scorekeeping for each and every game.
