CFUW-Muskoka Charitable Trust

"I want to succeed in my future endeavours as much as I want to
breathe, and by having your support I know I will be able to accomplish
my dreams!  Thank you so much and God bless."

CFUW-Muskoka shows its commitment to the promotion of post-secondary learning through the CFUW-Muskoka Charitable Trust. The objective of the Trust is to encourage and support higher education by establishing, funding and disbursing bursaries annually to qualified female students.

The Trust Fund has Charitable Status. Donations of ten dollars or more to the Trust are eligible for tax receipts. By donations and club fund raising there is sufficient money to annually give a bursary to one senior student in each of the four area secondary schools who shows academic potential and who will be taking post-secondary education.  There is also a bursary for a student at Georgian College Muskoka Campus.

The Trust is administered by five Trustees. These Trustees must be members of CFUW-Muskoka and are appointed for two or three year terms.
